Your flat-fee includes the preparation of all forms necessary to submit your case to USCIS (USCIS filing fees paid separately). You will not have any surprise charges, but will know the complete cost from the beginning of your case. This U.S. legal immigration service includes preparation of the following forms:

  • Form I-485 | Application for Adjustment of Status
  • Form I-130 | Petition for Alien Relative
  • Form I-131 | Application for Travel Permit
  • Form I-765 | Application for Employment Authorization
  • Form I-864 | Petitioner Sponsor Affidavit of Support
  • Form G-1145 | E-Notification of Case Acceptance
  • Form G-28 | Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney

Here are some common cases when you may be eligible to adjust status here in the U.S.:

  • You are eligible to apply for a Green Card based on a family relationship, employer, or another category (There are many categories that allow a person to adjust status. If you are not sure, our legal team can help determine what would be the best option for you). For more information regarding a marriage-based green card, please visit U.S. Marriage-Based Green Card.
  • You are physically present in the United States and came in on a valid visa.
  • You are in lawful status (If you overstayed your initial status, you may still have options to adjust your status here in the U.S.).
  • You are on a K-1 fiancé(e) visa, and you have married your U.S.-based spouse while your visa is still valid.
  • You have waited at least one year since the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) granted you asylum or refugee status.

Our experienced legal staff will work with you using our streamlined technology to complete the forms and upload evidence through our online portal. Your immigration attorney will review the forms you have completed for errors, omissions, and consistency. After final attorney review, we print and assemble your documents in the exact way the U.S. government prefers and ship everything to USCIS. Because federal immigration law allows our attorneys to be licensed in any state, our law firm can function fully online and we can charge much less than traditional law firms.
